How do I connect my own custom domain?+
Add an A record at your domain provider pointing
order (or @) to 187.127.113.36. Then contact support — we'll issue an SSL certificate and activate your branded URL within 30 minutes.When will my trial end?+
Your free trial lasts 14 days from sign-up. You can subscribe any time — even before the trial ends. You won't be charged automatically; subscription only starts when you click Subscribe Now.
How do I unlock the bonus tools (ERP, Food Costing)?+
Bonus tools are included with paid plans. Once you subscribe, the tools section will show them as Active. If a paid client doesn't see them, contact support and we'll enable them within an hour.
Can I export my menu / orders / customer data?+
Yes. Email support@smartrestro.pro with your account email and we'll send you a JSON / CSV backup within 24 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed via Lemon Squeezy. After subscribing, you'll receive an email with a customer portal link where you can cancel any time. No questions asked.
