How do I create a SmartRestro account?
Go to smartrestro.pro, click "Start free trial", fill in your restaurant name, email, and password. Your account is created instantly — no credit card required. You get a 14-day free trial with access to all features.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature during the trial. After the trial, choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses — your data is never deleted.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live in under 30 minutes. Add your menu, upload your logo, set delivery areas and timings — and you're ready. No technical knowledge required. If you need help, WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through it.
Can I use SmartRestro for multiple branches?
Yes. SmartRestro supports multi-branch management from a single account. Each branch has its own reports, menu, and staff settings — and you can view consolidated reports across all branches from the main dashboard.

How much does SmartRestro cost?
SmartRestro has one simple plan — every tool included, no tiers, no hidden fees. Check our pricing page for the current monthly rate. The price includes everything: ordering system, POS, analytics, custom domain, rider management, and all future features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the billing period. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and international cards. For payment details or to process a subscription manually, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly.
Is there a commission on my orders?
Zero commission. Ever. Unlike platforms like Foodpanda or Indolj that take a cut of every order, SmartRestro charges a flat monthly fee. All your revenue is yours. This is one of the core reasons SmartRestro exists.
🌐 Custom Domain
How do I connect my own domain?
Go to Settings → Custom Domain in your dashboard. Enter your domain (e.g. order.myrestaurant.com). Then add a CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to your SmartRestro subdomain. DNS updates within 10–30 minutes. Need help? WhatsApp us.
Will my custom domain affect my Google ranking?
Your custom domain pages can be indexed by Google just like any other website. Customers searching for your restaurant can find your ordering page in Google results. For best SEO, use a subdomain like order.yourrestaurant.com and submit it to Google Search Console.
Do I need to buy a domain separately?
Yes — SmartRestro doesn't sell domains. You can buy one from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, or any registrar. Once you have it, point it to SmartRestro using the CNAME method. If you don't have a domain yet, your restaurant will have a free SmartRestro subdomain (e.g. yourrestaurant.smartrestro.pro).
⚙️ Features & Usage
Does SmartRestro work offline?
The POS and daily management tools are designed to work even with poor internet. Data syncs automatically when the connection is restored. Online ordering obviously requires internet for customers to place orders.
What reports does SmartRestro provide?
SmartRestro includes: Daily Closing Report, Sales Report, Expense Report, P&L (Profit & Loss), Cash Ledger, Salary Sheet, Receivables Report, Bank Report, and Drawings Report. All downloadable as PDF. Multi-branch consolidated reports also available.
Can I manage delivery riders through SmartRestro?
Yes. The Rider Management module lets you assign orders to riders, track deliveries in real time, and monitor rider performance. Customers also get live tracking for their orders.
How many staff accounts can I create?
Unlimited staff accounts on all plans. Each account has role-based access — you control exactly what each staff member can see and do. Roles include: Owner, Manager, Cashier, Kitchen Staff, and Rider.

Is my restaurant data safe?
Yes. All data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Regular backups ensure your data is never lost. SmartRestro is built on industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you still can't access your account, contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export all your data — orders, customers, reports — as CSV or PDF at any time from your dashboard. Your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to take it with you.
